Tortuguero National park
The park is located in the Caribbean, in the north-east of Costa Rica and can only be reached by boat or plane. In the Tortuguero National Park you will find an incredibly large biodiversity and you can observe tons of animals up close.
The possibilities for observing animals are almost unlimited. This is due to the many different landscape and climatic conditions that are here. Tropical rainforests, beaches, alluvial land, lagoons, rivers, caños - just to name some.
We offer daily tours to Tortuguero and usually use one of the smaller and well-arranged camps in the area. The tour is a two- or three-day tour, with the three-day tour being the most recommended. The start is right here at Posada Nena, the end could be here again. But of course, we can also program the end in Guápiles, to further visit the Caribbean beaches or the north. We will organize further transport or a connecting bus. We also offer a visit to Tortuguero National Park in connection with our round trips.
