Animal-rich Tortuguero National Park

The park is located in the Caribbean, in the very northeast of Costa Rica and can only be reached by boat or plane. In the animal-rich Tortuguero National Park you will find an incredible amount of biological diversity and you can observe tons of animals up close. The opportunities for animal observation are almost unlimited. This is due to the many different landscape and climate conditions that can be found here. Tropical rainforests, beaches, alluvial plains, lagoons, rivers, caños - just to list some of the landforms.

We offer daily tours to Tortuguero and usually use one of the smaller and well-arranged camps in the area. The tour is a two or three day tour, with the three day tour being the most recommended. The start is right here in the Posada Nena, the end would make sense Posada Nena Caribbean. But of course we can program the end so that other destinations are visited afterwards. We will then take care of further transport and connecting bus. We also offer a visit to the Tortuguero National Park in conjunction with our tours.
